Receive Money to Fix Up Your Property through RAMP
In a neighborhood like ours, with so many historic homes, there’s always something that need to be fixed around the house. Have you been thinking about making some long-needed repairs to your home? You may be eligible to receive a grant/loan to help with exterior maintenance. Longfellow is one of several Kansas City neighborhoods where Rehabilitation Assistance for Midtown Properties (RAMP) funds are available to homeowners and multi-family property owners. This program is funded through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and may require matching funds, depending on your income. If you’d like to take advantage of this support, click here to learn more and download the application.
